I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and my approach is short-term, focusing on therapeutic conversations and psychological counseling. I help clients manage various life challenges by offering practical tools and strategies to improve their mental well-being and quality of life.
In my work, I integrate different methods to tailor support to each individual’s needs. In addition to CBT, I also use elements from Schema therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), self-compassion, and mindfulness, depending on what feels most relevant for the client. This allows me to offer a flexible and versatile approach that is based on scientific support and evidence.
I also provide support and guidance for workgroups and managers, where I can help promote a better work environment and cooperation. I have experience in acting as a mediator in workplace conflict situations and can contribute to creating a constructive and solution-focused dialogue between the parties.
I am an active, efficient, and committed psychologist who always strives to provide the best possible support to my clients and partners. My working approach is characterized by warmth, attentiveness, and the ability to create a safe and open working relationship. I believe in close and good collaboration, where I help clients develop and find solutions that work for them.
Clients within occupational health services may attend with a referral from a physician or an occupational health nurse. I also accept private clients without a referral. For private clients, the session fee is 110 € per 50-minute session.
